On the login screen, click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to reset it.
2. Using the MommyKidz App

Navigate to the “Ask a Question” feature. You can submit questions anonymously or publicly and receive responses from experts or the community. - How do I book a telemedicine appointment?
In the “Doctor Consultation” section, choose a healthcare provider and select an available time slot. Confirm your appointment, and you’ll receive details on how to join the video call. - How do I track my baby’s growth?
Access the “Baby Growth Tracker” under the “Parenting Tools” section. You’ll get daily tips and track milestones as your baby develops. - How do I use the Pregnancy Tracker?
Go to the “MyDay > Pregnancy Tracker” section in the app, where you can track your pregnancy week by week. It provides insights into your baby’s development, helpful tips for each stage of pregnancy, and reminders for important health check-ups. You can also log your symptoms and track your mood and energy levels. - How do I use the Period Tracker?
The “MyDay > Period Tracker” allows you to log your menstrual cycle, predict upcoming periods, and track symptoms such as cramps, mood changes, or energy fluctuations. Simply input your last period date, and the tracker will help you monitor your cycle, ovulation window, and fertility status. - How to Make a Social Post
- Step 1: Navigate to the Social Feed
Open the app and go to the “Social Feed” section. This is where users share their experiences, tips, and ask for advice on various topics related to puberty, pregnancy, and parenting. - Step 2: Create Your Post
Click on the “Create Post” button. You will see an option to write your message or upload images/videos. You can also add hashtags to make your post more discoverable by the community. - Step 3: Set Privacy Preferences
Before posting, choose who can see your post. Set your post visibility to “Male,” “Female,” or “Both,” based on your preference. If you want to stay anonymous, select the “Post Anonymously” option. - Step 4: Share Your Post
Once your content is ready, click “Post.” Your post will now appear in the social feed, and other users can like, comment, or share their thoughts.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that the app has permission to access your camera and microphone. If the problem persists, try restarting the app or contacting us for support. - How do I report a bug?

Yes, we prioritize your privacy and security. All personal information is encrypted, and we follow strict data protection policies. You can review our privacy policy in the app. - Edit or Delete Your Post/Q&A:
You can manage your content by going to “My Posts” or “My Q&A” and selecting the post or question you wish to edit or delete. Simply click the appropriate option and make your changes or remove the content. - Report a Post or Q&A:
If you come across any post or Q&A that you believe violates our community guidelines, you can report it by clicking the “Report” button. Our team will review the content and take necessary action. - Set Post Privacy (Male, Female, or Both):
When making a post, you can choose the audience. Set the privacy to “Male,” “Female,” or “Both” depending on who you want to see your content. - Anonymous Q&A:
For added privacy, you can ask questions anonymously. Go to the “Ask to Expert / Q&A” section, toggle the option to “Ask Anonymously,” and your identity will not be visible to other users. - How do I block or report inappropriate content?
If you come across inappropriate behavior or content, click the “Report” button on the post or profile. Our team will review the issue and take necessary action.

- How do I contribute to the community?
You can participate in forums, ask questions, and share your experiences by posting in community groups related to puberty, pregnancy, or parenting. - Can I share my own content or stories?
Yes! MommyKidz encourages users to share their journey. Simply go to the “Share Your Story” section and post your experiences, tips, or questions.
